WOYWW

It's been a loooong looong time since I've played along with Julia's wonderful Wednesday party.  WOYWW is my favorite weekly blog event.  I just love looking at other peoples spaces - seeing what they're up to.  And Julia's posts are such a great read.

So here's what's on my workdesk today.  Of course I had to play on my computer and make a little graphic - because I just love playing on my computer.

(and i love sequins!)

A layout in the making ... one that had me a bit stumped actually and when I got up this morning, I pulled off the color photo and I like it better.  The stuff you see is part of my JBS Mercantile kit for July (so this is a sneak actually!).  Playing with punches - this will always be a favorite - and stamps.  The tube of gold acrylic paint in the back was bought yesterday - the start of an experiment - trying to thicken up my thin gesso with heavy paint - that's for a different layout and well ... we'll see what happens!

Thanks for checking out my workdesk!  Can't wait to see yours!

  6. Looks great... I like the black and white photos too - how about colouring those just a bit? Seems to me that would give a nice effect too! Happy ~ belated ~ woyww and a hug from Holland. Marit #91

  7. I like the black and white photos too, they go with that chevron print and the neutral colours better I think. Hope you get it finished to you liking, thanks for popping in and thanks for the card love!
