Yesterday and Today

Yesterday was Arbor Day and to celebrate, I'm posting a photo of the magnificent magnolia I see outside my bedroom window:


and this tree in the sky was originally taken to see if all the spots I see on my lens truly show on my photos:


they don't ... hurray ... but what a pretty tree in the sky.


And I hear that today is "Tell A Story Day".  I just finished watching this amazing man telling his amazing story on Ted.com .   If you have 18:31 minutes to spare, watch this:
