I Was Tired Just Watching

Ds was back for the weekend to compete in an event for charity.  I was quite amazed, I guess all that working out stuff really does work ...

First the swim in Long Island Sound ...

that's ds in the non-competitive camo suit
then burpees ...


then push ups ...


then squats ...


then planks ...


then the run  ...


and finish ...


... and he did awesome!  Congrats Johnny!
