Participating in the One Little Word class has been interesting and a lot of fun.
I took a hybrid route with the January assignment by modifying a Jenni Bowlin Studio digital bingo card so my word "brighten" titled each card. I changed up the colors, printed the cards and then embellished them.
Looking at these pages I've realized I've unintentionally used inspiration from my Pinterest boards. So here are 2 more pins I have used in my "25 Pins" challenge:
Pins 3 and 4:
I pinned this image about one year ago and it must have stuck with me! Dh asked me to pick up "his Christmas present to me" again this year (which I will GLADLY do) and I chose a bright blue scarf. As you can almost see from the photo in my OLW pages above I paired it with a simple white t-shirt as DIYdish.com did in the photo.
I pinned this image a few weeks ago. Doesn't doily + kraft look so lovely together? I must have thought so since I did the same thing, however much more simply in my pages.
thanks for visiting and have a creative day!

ReplyDeleteHi Betsy! Love, love your little pockets, I made the same combination kraft and doilies for a set in my etsy shop :)

ReplyDeletevery pretty Betsy!!!
ReplyDeleteLove the repetition of the word "brighten" and all the things you are gong to brighten this year. I think you will have a lovely year because of this word! Great idea on using the pins too! I need to do that as well. Love pinning!
